What is KEEN?

KEEN London is a registered charity that runs free weekly sports and recreation sessions for children (aged five and up) and young adults with learning, behavioural and physical disabilities — our athletes.

Taking part in sports and recreational activities is vital for our athletes' physical development and co-ordination. It also helps develop social skills and encourages teamwork.

The weekly sessions, run by experienced session leaders, take place during term time in East London on Saturdays and in North London on Sundays, and are very lively and great fun. Participants can come as often or as seldom as they like, and all activities are completely free.
